In video of fatal shooting, Little Rock officer heard ordering driver out of car

RBEAR, I saw him start shooting at a diagonal then step towards the car to keep the suspect in front of him not let the car roll past and be shooting through the drivers window. Didn't see and bullet holes in the side window, all from the windshield, so that blows your little theory away.

I did know there were policies regarding high speed pursuits. I also know that for every rule there is an exception. Such as pursuing a felony suspect. And I didn't have to interview the officer to get his POV, that came from years as both a shooter, concealed carry permit holder and instructor, and common sense. You don't shoot when the possibility exists for your round to hit someone or something other than your intended target. Watching the video, it was clear what he was attempting to do to anyone with a modicum of training.

In video of fatal shooting, Little Rock officer heard ordering driver out of car

RBEAR, if he hadn't stepped towards the front, as the car was passing him he would have had the passenger behind the driver, making her an innocent bystander. He stepped to the front to keep him and only him in the line of fire, protecting the passenger and keeping her out of harms way. By stopping him there, he also kept out of harms way anyone he might have come into contact with during a high speed pursuit that could have been injured in a wreck or hit by the wreckless driving of the suspect.

JAKETIDMORE, he was behind the wheel of a car, which has been ruled to be considered a deadly weapon. The officer was struck with said deadly weapon, meaning the officer was assaulted. He was justified in his use of force. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
