State gets update on budding medical marijuana dispensaries

Jimbob: Rest assured the existing edibles are not even yummy looking to adults. No cake, cookies or pasta sauce in this old Red State. As to THC levels they are actually low compared to available cannabis medicine elsewhere. Not everyone wants or needs that from their cannabis. Thank-you ADG for not using the word "POT" once in this article. Now if we can stop using the pejorative and racist term "marijuana" we can get into either the early 20th century and before or the current 21st century and out of the dark ages of cannabis prohibition and political failure of the "War on Drugs".

Little Rock mayor proposes five-member body to investigate complaints against police

The need for a court order and the need to request information about open investigations will make this a win for the Unions and the board will get little about important investigations. The City has yet to bargain over these new rules... The union hereby requests bargaining concerning the proposal to discipline and review police conduct. Please advise the union as to when the company will be able to negotiate concerning the proposed change. As you know, labor law forbids any implementations of a new policy until the bargaining process is completed. Get the popcorn...

Northwest Arkansas owners hope to have pot dispensaries open within weeks

In addition to the use of outdated terms "pot" and pejoratives "marijuana", we have just basic errors. No dispensary was open in Arkansas for medical cannabis on 10 March....on 10 MAY for sure. I was there.

State's medical marijuana sales hit $2.2M

@Hunter Field... this is now the 21st century and Cannabis as medicine is kind of verified. I reckon if y'all trying to save ink on the paper edition y'all might use "pot" (if this were the 1970's and Nixon was President)....but how about using a more correct terminology like "cannabis". Even "marijuana" goes back further into the last century (1930's) and is a pejorative term promulgated by the oil industry to destroy the emerging hemp industry. Thank-you.

Arkansas lawmakers endorse delay of state's medical marijuana program

I just know compassion is NOT a character trait for these Christian legislators. People are ill, veterans need relief, cancer patients are waiting for relief. Such a shameful group of "representatives" or better "reprehensiblatives".

UPDATE: Dozens of teens kicked out of Little Rock mall for 'causing fear,' police say

Stunning...I think we should remove most of Little Rock and have them screened because they "scare me". I am very concerned about even those elected to office because they "scare me". Maybe we should just pre-screen everyone according to some as yet unidentified standard for the "potential to provoke fear". Amazing.
