From Donald Monahan:
It does not seem fair that SWEPCO is allowed to say they need six months to justify their project while landowners get the short end of the stick. In truth, if SWEPCO's original justification was any good at all, they should be able to file it with the APSC. If they can't respond in short order, as landowners are required to do, SWEPCO should not be able to use new data to support their justification for this project. None exists anyway.
APSC should give SWEPCO thirty days from the order to submit their justification, or deny the application. That seems fair to me.
ANY easement agreements that SWEPCO managed to obtain should be ruled null and void, land titles should be cleared and landowners should keep whatever monies SWEPCO tried to use to bribe them.
