RESTAURANT REVIEW: Food, folks good at downtown Malibu Cafe

If you can't clean the place out from the previous owner, this p[lace won;t be operating very long. Downtown eatery's depend on lunch time traffic; folks that can walk to a restaurant because the lack of accessible parking is lacking downtown. Only folks under 30 will venture downtown after dark and parking is still a problem then. After the I-30 expansion decimates downtown all that area will be good for is a multi acre park. Maybe a homeless shelter can be finally built there.

Watch some members of the LR City Board complain about this even though the city attorney told them last year that these dispensaries can be located at any site that a pharmacy can be located (with the added ABC requirement regarding proximity to schools, etc.).
