A gas leak caused when construction workers punctured a large gas pipe caused the evacuation of a four-block area in downtown Little Rock on Tuesday afternoon. Little Rock Fire Department spokesman Capt. Randy Hickmon said the area, including the streets, will be shut down for quite some time.
