Arkansas Democratic House candidate Warwick Sabin won the District 33 seat nomination over opponent Mark Robertson in Tuesday's primaries. Robertson conceded to Sabin around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday night, with Sabin leading by a 2-to-1 margin.
