Charles and Cindy Fuller, parents of the late Rachel Fuller, donated $1 million to the Arkansas Children's Hospital burn center Tuesday. The Fullers' daughter received treatment at the burn center after she was involved in the 1999 crash of American Airlines Flight 1420 in Little Rock, which killed 11 people. Rachel died after receiving two weeks of treatment at the center.
