Transcript: MEMS talks to woman trapped in sinking SUV

This is a transcript of the call between an MEMS operator and Jinglei Yi, who on Monday was trapped with her son in her SUV as it sank into a freezing pond off Cooper Orbit Road in Little Rock. Yi died later that morning after failed attempts to "warm her internal organs." The 911 operator (not the MEMS operator) who received Yi's call is currently on administrative leave with pay pending an investigation into how the call was handled.
