ARSENIC AND OLD LACE

Conway Community Arts has announced the cast for its upcoming production of Arsenic and Old Lace by Joseph Kesselring. Considered one of theatre’s classic comedies, Arsenic and Old Lace follows two elderly sisters who try to ease the suffering of unmarried men by poisoning the wine they are served. The deceased are then buried in the basement by the sisters’ other brother, Teddy, who happens to think he’s Teddy Roosevelt building the Panama Canal. Cast members include Jacquie Seroy, Nancy Allen, Vic Quinn, Colin Robinson, Ken Fortenberry, Joe Wilson, Meg Graham, David Weatherly, Tom Norrell, Woodie Masingill, Ben Scheuter, Neal Wood, Bill Taylor, and Ann Shult. The production is under the direction of Lillian Petrucelli. Production dates are October 8-10, 15-17 at 7:30 pm and October 18 at 2:30 pm at the Con-Ark Village Shopping Center at the old Colony Shop building.
