The Bella Vista Arts and Crafts Festival is a well-known fall fair celebrating its 41st year. Set for Oct. 15-17 in Bella Vista, vendors selling their wares have handmade items only. There will be more than 250 exhibitors, food and entertainment. Admission is free. Visit www.bellavistafestival.org, or phone 479-855-2064 for details. The fair is part of what is known as War Eagle Weekend, in which numerous fairs across northwest Arkansas take place on these same dates.
