Enough is Enough provides Arkansas youth the opportunity to unite on the steps of the state capitol to speak out against teen violence and bullying. Stephen Green, a 17-year-old senior at Episcopal Collegiate in Little Rock, is organizing the rally to raise awareness about teen violence and bullying, and to encourage positive actions to end violence among teens. Enough is Enough will include a special address by Leifel Jackson, a former gang leader who was featured in the 1994 HBO documentary “Gang War: Bangin’ in Little Rock.” Today, Jackson is the founder and director of R.O.C.A.N. (Reaching Our Children and Neighborhoods), a government-funded youth violence prevention program dedicated to mentoring at-risk youth. Enough is Enough encourages all youth and teens to meet on the steps of the Capitol on Sunday, October 18 at 3 p.m. to stand up against teen violence.
