In this co-ed program participants will perform a variety of body weight calisthenics and calorie/fat burning cardiovascular workouts that will help tone and strengthen muscles. No equipment needed - all body weight workouts that include a variety of push ups, squats and lunges for toning and aerobic moves to increase cardio endurance. No 2 classes are alike - never boring.
