Wine Tastings at Vieux Carré and the Afterthought
Just a note about what’s coming up at Vieux Carré and the Afterthought:
We have TWO great wine tastings at the Afterthought scheduled over the next two weeks!
This Thursday, January 21, 5:30-7 pm: After Work @ the Afterthought with Bruce Cochran & James Cripps. We’ll taste Erratic Chardonnay from Washington, El Conde Chardonnay from Chile, RED4 (blend) from California and Kenneth Volk Cabernet Sauvignon from California. Four wines, $10 per person; piano by Jim Dickerson.
Next Thursday, January 28, 5:30-7 pm: Peter Spann, owner of Spann Vineyards in Sonoma, will host a tasting of four of his small batch European-style blends. $10 per person; music by guitarist Michael Carenbauer.
