Guachoya Cultural Art Center is proud to announce the upcoming Delta Artist Association exhibit. DAA has grown to nearly 100 members from Mississippi and Arkansas and features artists who not only paint a variety of media, but also artists in woodturning, mosaic art, photography, and pottery. The exhibit at Guachoya will be judged in four divisions: Works on Canvas, Works On Paper, 3-D Art, and Photography. A first and second place will be awarded in each category. We also will have a "People's Choice Award" , which anyone (not DAA) who visits the exhibit can vote, and a "Peer Award" which only DAA members will vote. This exhibit will open Thursday March 11th with a reception at Guachoya from 6pm - 6:30pm. For more information call GCAC at 870-265-6077.
