Change for the Better was developed by the City of Little Rock, Downtown Little Rock Partnership and Southside Main Street to reduce panhandling in the center of the city and benefit organizations that have broad programs for reducing homelessness. The Unitarian Universalist Association and therefore the Church in Little Rock believes in the inherent worth and dignity of every person. By donating a portion of our proceeds to Change for the Better we practice this principle.
