A WOMAN'S WORTH III, A CELEBRATION OF WOMEN IN THE ARTS, THIS SATURDAY AT ACAC
In celebration of Women's History month, the Arkansas Community Arts Cooperative is partnering with The Suite Ladies (hosts of The Urban Hang Suite radio program on KABF 88.3, Saturdays at 8pm) to present A Woman's Worth III, the third annual showcase of the talents of women artists of Central Arkansas.
Beginning at 6pm on Saturday, March 27th, an all female roster of visual artists, crafts makers, poets and musicians will showcase their talents at the ACAC gallery at 900 S. Rodney Parham Blvd. This event's expressed purpose is to provide a special opportunity to discover and celebrate art and experiences in a variety of forms and mediums that help expand our perceptions of women. The celebration will end with an all female (or female-led) concert.

Take a moment to honor the originality, beauty, imagination and multiple dimensions of women’s lives and to reflect on the contribution of women to the arts. Admission is $5 for ACAC members, $7 for non-members. Hors d'ouerve, including a chocolate fountain, beer and wine will be available; donations are always encouraged.
