Central Arkansas Chapter of IAAP - International Association of Administrative Professionals Monthly meeting of the CAC IAAP - bring your own lunch and join us! Jane’s presentation will cover the following topics: Self Motivation, Interpersonal Skills, Captivating the Initiative to Achieve Excellence IAAP is the foremost association for career-minded administrative professionals. This organization provides continuous professional development, networking, and leadership opportunities to achieve measurable standards of excellence. It allows them to demonstrate professionalism and advance a positive image of their employer organizations. The association offers two levels of certification for administrative professionals: Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) and Certified Administrative Professional (CAP).
