The 66th annual Four States Fair & Rodeo is Sept. 17-26 in Texarkana at the Four States Fairgrounds. There are four nights of PRCA (Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association) Rodeo, a concert Friday night and on Saturday, an annual parade downtown and a demolition derby.
