He has appeared in the movies Planes, Trains, & Automobiles and Escape From New York. In addition, Rahn has opened for many musical acts including Al Jarreau, Luther Vandross, Aretha Franklin, B.B. King, Randy Travis, and Smoky Robinson (to name a few).
