Little Rock, AR – Arkansas Festival Ballet (AFB) announces auditions for Alice in Wonderland.
Auditions for Arkansas Festival Ballet’s production of Alice in Wonderland will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at the Arkansas Festival Ballet/Arkansas Academy of Dance Studio, located at Breckenridge Village, I-430 & N. Rodney Parham, in Little Rock.
Male and female dancers ages 7 and older are invited to audition.
• 11:00 am – 12:30 pm for ages 12 and older with minimum 5 years classical ballet training
• 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm for ages 7-11 with minimum of 3 years classical ballet training
Registration for auditions will begin thirty minutes prior to audition time.
Audition fee is $20 and can be paid via cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).
Alice in Wonderland, a full-length storybook ballet, will be presented on Friday, May 20, 2011 at 7:30 pm, on Saturday, May 21, 2011 at 7:30 pm, and on Sunday, May 22, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Arkansas Arts Center Children’s Theatre in Little Rock. Special school performances will take place on Thursday, May 19 and Friday, May 20.
