Pulaski Tech hosts Black History banquet NORTH LITTLE ROCK –Mr. Charles Stewart, former chief executive officer of Heifer International and chair of the Arkansas Black Hall of Fame, will be the keynote speaker at Pulaski Technical College’s 10th annual Black History banquet on Friday, Feb. 25. The banquet begins at 6 p.m. in the college’s Campus Center Grand Hall, located on the main campus at 3000 West Scenic Drive, North Little Rock. This theme of this year’s Black History banquet is “Making a Difference through Service.” Other highlights include the presentation of the college’s annual Diversity Award. Pulaski Technical College is a comprehensive, two-year college that serves the educational needs of central Arkansas through more than 90 occupational/technical degree and certificate programs, a university-transfer curriculum and specialized programs for business and industry.
