nutrition, physical health and wellness techniques and practices, relaxation,
mental and emotional balancing therapies and practices, spiritual practices
and philosophies. A certified transpersonal hypnotherapist, certified yoga
teacher and ordained minister, Katherine’s holistic approach teaches others
to bring balance to all aspects of their lives.
