Yoga Workshop
Yoga Workshop: Yay! Yoga! Arkansas yoga studio owners will present a workshop led by international yoga teacher and writer Kathryn Budig will continue through Sunday. Budig, author of The Women's Health Big Book of Yoga, will share her expertise with Arkansas Yogis with her four-session workshop Aim True. The event will be held from noon until 3 p.m. as well as 3-5 p.m. Saturday at Christ Episcopal Church, 509 Scott St., in Little Rock.
