Christian Simmons in Concert
Nashville based country music artists Christian Simmons (featuring wife Jessica) is scheduled to perform at the Arkansas State Fair on Saturday, October 20, at 8:30 p.m.
The duo comprised of Christian and Jessica Simmons, kicked off their 2012 tour in June performing shows with Blake Shelton, Kellie Pickler, and Randy Houser. Originally from Oklahoma, Christian fuses his Okie influence with Jessica’s soft Texas sound, with both trading off on lead vocals. They offer the vocal diversity that most people desire in a live performance. Every high-energy show consists of their original material as well as songs that have inspired and influenced their sound, from old country songs to modern day hits, including some of the most popular and memorable rock songs in history. Featured in Country Weekly magazine as an “emerging artist” in 2010, the band has also performed two tours overseas to perform for the U.S. troops in Iraq, Bosnia, and Serbia.
