Hillcrest is celebrating the holidays with their annual Holiday open house. November 16th at 10AM will officially kick off the Hillcrest Holiday Season. The Hillcrest Merchants Association has plans for carolers, Santa and free carriage rides through Hillcrest on Saturday November 16th and Sunday November 17th. Carriage rides will begin on Saturday November 16th at 1PM till 6PM and Sunday November 17th at 1PM till 5PM.
