Solar Oven Workshop
Lake Catherine State Park is hosting a Solar Oven Workshop on October 18th, 2014. Keep the heat out of the kitchen by learning to harness the power of the sun to cook your meals. In this workshop, we will use a solar oven to cook a meal. Also, you will be able to make a pizza box solar oven that will heat up to 250 degrees. Admission is $45 and will cover the cost of food and materials needed to make the solar ovens. Space is limited and reservations are required.
