The Arkansas National Guard and the MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History will host a special event in observance of Hispanic Heritage Month. The guest speaker will be Maria Touchstone of Sies Puentes. There will be live entertainment by mariachi band Viva Jalisco. The event is free and refreshments will be provided.
