New “Watersheds of War: Traversing Central Arkansas” Lecture

Celebrate with us for the American Civil War Sesquicentennial! The Plantation Agriculture Museum shall host a half hour lecture with slide presentation focusing on the relationship between the Arkansas River systems, its citizens, and especially the soldiers before and during the Civil War. The hardships and difficulties were many, commerce was scarce, and the rivers were the main way to travel.
