In their darkest moments Our Words and Our Actions Impact our Sons and Daughters PTSD.
Together lets help each other by having coffee, sharing our concerns and our fears, and comforting each other. Let’s learn coping skills to ease the effects of PTSD which will be with our families for eternity.
We can all learn more together and also have support locally. Together we can help ourselves and our children.
Remember we are their only Light in the darkest moments of PTSD.
