Life Touch Hospice Spring Celebration

Life Touch Hospice will be planting flowers in the middle garden of the John R. Williamson Hospice House. As an opportunity to honor and remember someone special, you may purchase a flower from a local nursery to be planted by our staff on May 2nd. You are welcome to come plant your own flower on that morning.
Please bring flowers to the John R. Williamson Hospice House beginning April 30th. Money may also be sent toward flowers which our staff can pick up for you. We will post an “in memory of...” list with names of those for whom flowers have been purchased. Complete and bring the form below to have your loved one’s name added to the list.
Types of flowers that we are hoping to include:
Salvia, Caladium, Impatients, Marigolds, Vinca, Begonias, Hosta Wave petunias, Geraniums, Lady Bank Roses and Knock-out Roses
