an exhibit of art by Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Staff
The talented employees of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette return to Cantrell Gallery for the latest edition of “Stop the Presses!” - the art of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. This is a show you will not want to miss. There is much more talent than just what you see in the paper each day!
The show and sale of paintings, photography, drawings, mixed media, pottery and more, will open with a reception on Friday, January 15, 6 - 8:00 pm. Refreshments will be served. The public is invited. Come meet the artists!

Exhibiting in the show will be some familiar names from the pages of the newspaper including: John Deering, editorial cartoonist, who also is a painter and sculptor, computer art by chief photographer John Sykes Jr., Celia Storey, ActiveStyle editor, who will be displaying her pottery, digitally manipulated photography by Philip Martin, the newspaper’s film critic and features columnist, plus many more!
