Eagle Watch Tours at Lake Ouachita State Park Lake Ouachita State Park in Mountain Pine is offering Eagle Watch Tours through the end of February. Want to see these majestic birds and other wintering waterfowl up close and in the wild? Here’s your chance. Join us aboard our covered tour barge as we search the shoreline of Lake Ouachita for our winter visitors. It gets quite cold on the lake, so dress warmly. We have several pairs of binoculars to loan, but bring your own if you have them. Tours last about 1 ½ hours and are offered on Saturdays and Sundays at 3 pm and most Wednesdays at 3 pm. Tickets are $9 plus tax for adults, $5 plus tax for children ages six to twelve and free for those under age six. To make reservations, purchase tickets, or more information; contact the visitor center at (501)767-9366.
