M2 Gallery is pleased to announce it's holiday show featuring the work of Charles Henry James and several artists. James, originally from New York, will be showing works from the 1980s through the present, including the first piece he ever painted entitled "Nothing". His work is provocative and continually pushes the limits of society, religion and politics. James has been featured in the Delta Exhibition four times for his large-scale works including "Three Way Mirror", a triptych featuring three 6-foot by 5-foot canvases. This retrospective show shows James' evolution as an artist from his beginnings in Brooklyn to his time here in Little Rock. Also on display will be new works by Jason Twiggy Lott, William Goodman, Char Demoro, Cathy Burns, Bix Smith, Kathy Lindsey and other artists, including new jewelry by Lauren Embree and Dawanna Young. The show will open Thursday, November 18 from 6-9 p.m and will run through January 1, 2011.
