BUTLER CENTER FOR ARKANSAS STUDIES: The Arkansas Pastel Society invites entries to the fifth national exhibition, Reflections in Pastel. Deadline is September 5, and both soft and oil pastels are eligible. Over $5000 in cash and prizes will be awarded, including a $1500 grand prize. The show will be juried by pastellist Richard McKinley and will be open November 8 to February 23, at the Butler Center for Arkansas Studies, 401 President Clinton Ave., Little Rock.
