According to Dick Lynch, chief marketing officer of Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen, the company knows times are tough, and though customers could well have tightened their budgets, Popeye's doesn't want them tightening their belts. To that end, the company has developed two new dining options that it has introduced into test markets in Arkansas. I'll admit that I'm not a Popeye's regular, partly because their food is pretty much all fried, and partly because it tends to be a bit pricey for fast food. But, Popeye's is trying to help by launching the $4You Menu, which the company calls its own "Stimulus Package." Popeye's new value menu includes two choices: one that caters to individuals, and one that's designed to feed a family. The individual option offers three food items from a menu of nine selections for $4. The selections include: m A Loaded Chicken Wrap containing an all white chicken breast tender, and red beans and rice in a warm cheddar tortilla with a side of Louisiana hot sauce.
