Artists paint pictures of artifacts found near the Arkansas River on a sidewalk mural near the Central Arkansas Library Systems new Arkansas Studies Institute in Little Rock. The final project will depict 150 artifacts from Arkansas museums that date back to the 18th century and depict how the Arkansas river influenced state history.
