Behind game MVP Fredi Knighten's 391 total yards and five total touchdowns, Pulaski Academy lead Malvern 43-7 at the half and rolled to a 63-28 victory in the Class 4A state title game at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock. The win caps an undefeated season for the Bruins, the first for the program under coach Kevin Kelley.
The Bruins are who we thought they were.
All season, Pulaski Academy had two goals: win the state championship, and go undefeated.
