The Pulaski Techincal College Board of Trustees voted 3-2 in-person to award the school's new culinary school to the southwest campus. The board — which had two members absent for medical reasons, but who had already submitted proxies in favor of a southwest campus placement — also considered a downtown location for the school, a plan supported by Little Rock Mayor Mark Stodola.
