Shiloh Christian designated hitter Joseph Paulino -- playing with a hip injury -- sent a fastball into left field with two outs in the eighth inning to score David Petrino and lift the Saints to a 4-3, extra inning victory over Prairie Grove to win the Class 4A state title. Petrino was named game MVP.
