The IRS head who is resigning, Steven Miller, has only been there since November, 2012 and he was leaving in mid June anyway. The real guilty party is his predecessor, the Democrat appointed by Bush. He need to be in jail.

Would you like cheese with your whine. If you don't buy something online, and you buy it locally instead, you end up paying the sales tax anyway. So, what's the beef? Under the current law in Arkansas you, the online customer, are suppose to keep track of all your purchases throughout the year and then pay the sales tax on your state income tax return. Is that a workable solution. At least it has a million dollar starting point. I have no objections to paying sales tax when I buy something online, providing the law is clear and it's limited to online purchases, not online usage. I don't think we should pay taxes just because we have Internet access.
