Partygoers put on their 1920s-style glad rags to ring in the new year on Dec. 31 and raise funds to rescue homeless animals at Pawhibition: A Roaring 20s New Year’s Eve. The event was held at the Arkansas Regional Innovation Hub in North Little Rock.
