Summar Roachel, Sr., Conway

Summar Roachell won her third high school girls Overall state tournament title in four years, outlasting Clarksville’s Madison Talley and Valley View’s Sarah Childers in a playoff at the Pleasant Valley Country Club. Roachell, a senior from Conway, is the 2012-2013 Girl’s Golf Outstanding Player of the year and finished regulation play with an 8-over par 80. She hit a four-foot birdie putt on the second playoff hole to secure her victory.
