Authorities on Monday arrested a 20-year-old Arkansan who is accused of kicking his eight-months-pregnant girlfriend in the stomach, according to a report.
Juvonta Harris of Sherwood was booked at 8:15 p.m. into the Pulaski County jail on charges of aggravated assault on a family member and third-degree battery, records show.
Police said Harris choked his girlfriend until she couldn't breathe, bit her on the arm and kicked her in the stomach three times during an argument.
He remained in jail Wednesday morning in lieu of $5,000 bond.
