Three people were shot during a robbery outside a Little Rock restaurant Monday night, authorities said.

Little Rock Police Department spokesman officer Richard Hilgeman said 27-year-old Fitzgerald Moore and 25-year-old Demetrice Johnson were "possibly trying to rob" 20-year-old Malik McDaniel and 19-year-old Shaneice Ervin outside Kitchen Express, 4600 Asher Ave., about 11 p.m.

At some point, shots were fired, and McDaniel, Ervin and Johnson were all hit, according to a police news release. None of their injuries were life-threatening, Hilgeman said.

Police located Moore outside UAMS Medical Center, where Johnson was brought for treatment. McDaniel and Ervin were taken to CHI St. Vincent for treatment.

Moore was arrested on a charge of aggravated robbery. Hilgeman said charges were pending against Johnson, who remained hospitalized Tuesday morning.

McDaniel and Ervin were also each charged with endangering the welfare of a minor because there was a child in their vehicle during the shooting, Hilgeman said. He said the case remains under investigation, and he could not release additional details about why they were charged.
