Double Homicide on Ringo Street

Little Rock Police officers investigate a double homicide on the 3100 block of South Ringo Street on Saturday, Jan. 25, 2020, in Little Rock, Arkansas. A two-year-old boy was also shot and is said to be in serious but stable condition.
