LITTLE ROCK — Pulaski County election commissioners certified Little Rock’s sales-tax election results Friday.
The final tally changed by 17 votes after provisional, irregular absentee and military/ overseas ballots were verified and included. The additional ballots did not change the outcome of the election.
The results were as follows:

About 20 percent of Little Rock’s 111,855 registered voters cast a ballot, a total of 22,363 people during early voting, on Election Day and through the mail.
