LITTLE ROCK — A 25-year-old man who was doing siding work died after a ladder he was moving made contact with power lines in a west Little Rock community, police said.
Derrick Bradley was pronounced dead shortly after 3 p.m. Thursday, about an hour after the accident at 14605 Chambery Drive.
According to a Little Rock Police Department report, Bradley and another man were in the backyard doing siding work when Bradley began to move a 30-foot extension ladder. The ladder reportedly then tipped back and struck the power lines.
Entergy cut power to the lines before the ladder was removed, police said.
