MORRILTON — The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton will present the musical comedy The Drowsy Chaperone at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday and at 2:30 p.m. April 15 at the Fine Arts Auditorium at UACCM.
This production of the theater and music departments at UACCM. The play is by Lisa Lambert, Don McKellar, Bob Martin and Greg Morrison.
In the comedy, the “Man in Chair” plays his favorite record — the 1928 musical comedy The Drowsy Chaperone — to chase his blues away. His hi-fi crackles to life. Then, the live-action musical steals the stage.
