Either we have some crappy teachers or a lot of lying little kids, but there has been way too much of this mess lately

It doesn't make sense to charge one person with a crime that two people participated in committing. Ex: A man runs into Bank of Am and rob the bank at gun-point. A teenager is with him, but is only driving the get-away car. Both get charged with the crime. Today's kids are committing more "adult-crime" and yet we still want to call them children. Some of our best drug dealers are kids dealing at school. Some of our best hookers are kids working at school. Some of our best assaults are done by kids at school. Some of our best muggings are done by kids at school. To bring the hammer closer to the nail; the middle schools are where most of the criminal activity being done by kids. Charge the teachers with the crime and the students with accessory, and there would be an end to this madness. Mommy and Daddy's little girl/boy is not as innocent as we all would want children to be.
