A man who was eating at a Denny's in Little Rock early Thursday abruptly left before getting his food only to return a short time later and rob the restaurant at gunpoint, police said.
The robber was in a group with another man and two women at the restaurant at 310 S. Shackleford Road shortly before 3 a.m. when all four people "quickly left before receiving their meals," according to a Little Rock Police Department report.
At least one in the group returned a short time later, pulled a handgun out and threatened to shoot an employee. He then took all the money from the cash register before leaving with the others in a dark-colored vehicle.
No arrests have been made.
